Local Exchanges

Our ISDN access call-in locations are local to 99.8% of all cities within Michigan so you're guaranteed to connect at a local call. Feel free to call us today if you are concerned about local access points. Each account can only be dialed once to our system.  Multiple uses of this account are grounds for termination. Please call our office or ask your sales rep for additional access accounts if needed. Thank You.


Software

Windows 95/98/ME/2000/NT/XP and MAC operating systems generally have all the Internet software you need to connect to the Internet. (Window users can use the Internet Setup Wizard that comes with Win95/98/ME/XP). MAC users can use Internet Assistant.

  • Netscape Communicator 7 or higher (recommended)
  • Internet Explorer 6 or higher (recommended)

Minimum System Recommendations

  • 64MB of RAM, Router or Modem, Windows 98 or Mac OS 8.5


Terms

Unlimited hours is defined as follows: When the Customer is at the keyboard or downloading a program the practice is acceptable. This service is not intended to be a full-time unattended connection. Customer agrees not to provide any public information services over this connection and is not to use any automatic method to avoid inactivity disconnect, and to keep the connection active only when the member is actively using it. A few individuals holding a modem connection for long periods of time increase the possibility of other users being unable to gain access. Customers are required to fill out and sign a special ISDN agreement letter showing an overview of who is responsible for your hardware (see PDF download link below). How do I get signed up?

Call (248) 541-8886 with your name and mailing address and we will send you out the form by US Mail. You can also download a ISDN Application via PDF file using the link below. Just print, fill out and mail the application in.  Be sure to include payment (mailing address is located on the application form). Once received, your account will be processed within 24 hours. We will send you the necessary configuration information needed to set up your new Internet account on your computer.

You may also call us and we can create your new account right over the phone. A Visa, MasterCard or Discover/Novus card is necessary for this process. Faxed applications are also accepted for this sign up method.

What's involved with ordering an ISDN line?

Please print out each of the following PDF documents. We need these filled out before we can start your ISDN order. The agreement letter should be sent in with the application when you signup. Once completed please fax these to our office at 248-541-2737. Thank You.
