mind that this is an example and the pricing below is subject to

This is an
overview of the steps and the costs involved when purchasing an ISDN
connection:
Step One:
Have the local phone company install your new ISDN line. (To order a
contract just call Royal Oak Internet or Ameritech SBC or your local
phone company) (A Circuit Switch Voice and Data is recommended when
ordering)
Step Two:
After they install the ISDN line, call Royal Oak Internet and set up
an ISDN account. (If you need a dedicated IP or static address
please call us in advance - fees are applicable).
Step Three:
If an appointment is needed for configuring your ISDN service,
router or network, Royal Oak Internet would come out and install/set
up any necessary hardware and software (fees are applicable).

payment options available)
-
$43 to $58 per
month for the ISDN Voice/Data 128K connection plus the cost of local
calls. (shows up on Ameritech SBC telephone bill)
With the normal
128K ISDN connection you can call in during your business hours.
About 10-12 hours per day is considered unlimited use. If there is
no packet activity and the line is sitting idle for extended lengths
of time we may disconnect your connection for non-use. This is very
normal with all Internet Service Providers. Most business clients
can stay logged in during 9-5 business hours just as long as
connections are closed after hours.
If it is
important get this process moving quickly. The average small
business installs are 10-15 business days from the moment we have
you signed the ISDN contract. Ameritech's smallest contract is 36
months, there is a 60 month option as well. Monthly is available
with no contract, but does cost a little more.
Note: Don't feel
like it's permanent just because it's a contract. If you signed up
for an 60 month option and you used 36 months, you will have to pay
as if you had the 36 month contract (meaning, it would be as if you
originally signed up for the 36 months. Call us if you need further
explanation of contracts. *Note: Ameritech Residential customers and
Monthly Commercial SBC customers do not need to sign a contract.
When calling in
with your new 128K two channel ISDN connection it will cost
approximately .0892 cents per call per line. If you called in once a
day for 6 hours to our local number it would be 17.8 cents a day.
SBC rounds this to .09 per call per line.
