Big Jim And The BBQ Ninja’s Tomahawk Steaks
Rubs of Choice
1.Remove the steak from the fridge to allow steaks to come to room temperature before you cook them.
2.Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees.
3.Season with rubs of choice.
4.Place the tomahawk steak directly on the grill grates and close the lid. Smoke until the internal temp of the steak reaches 115 degrees.
5.Brush each side of the tomahawk steak with butter and place directly on the grill grates.
6.Sear each side for 2 to 3 minutes or until the internal temperature of the steaks reaches your preferred doneness.
7.Rest the meat for 10 – 15 minutes. Enjoy!
