Brisket and Cheese Fondue


1 Pumpkin

Half a block of Cheddar cheese

Half a block of Colby Jack cheese

Half a log of Cream cheese

Worcestershire sauce

BBQ sauce of choice

1 Pint of dark beer of choice

Pre-cooked brisket

Minced garlic


1.Hallow out the pumpkin.

2.Cut the cheese in cubes and place inside the pumpkin.

3.Fill it with beer and top with Worcestershire sauce and BBQ sauce.

4.Place the lid on the pumpkin and smoke until the cheese is melted.

5.Add cooked brisket. Enjoy with bread, apples or other snacks of choice.
