Certified Angus Beef Center Cut Steak
Center cut steak or filet
1.Dust both sides of the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2.Cook over Royal Oak charcoal to desired temperature. Rare 125 Medium Rare 135 Medium 145 degrees.
3.Take off and let rest for 5-8 minutes.
4.Roast brussel sprouts in an iron skillet in olive oil.
5.Cook until the sprouts are soft and then add onion, cooked bacon and hoisin sauce and let all of this cook down thicken.
6.Slice ciabatta buns in half and toast on the grill.
7.Build sandwich with steak and top with the roasted hoisin brussel sprouts and enjoy.
