Christmas Grilled Salad
Tomato (any other favorite vegetables)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Shaved Parmesan Cheese
1.Cut romaine head in half lengthwise, clean/prep and cut (quartered or strips) remaining vegetables.
2.Drizzle or spritz vegetables with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
3.Over hot coals, grill all vegetables until tender and desired doneness is achieved, rotating sides.
4.For romaine, grill 1 minute each side.
5.When done, chop all ingredients to desired size and toss in bowl.
6.Sprinkle top of salad with shaved parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
