Prosciutto Wrapped Stuffed Dates
Aged Balsamic Syrup
1. Remove the pit from the dates.
2. Stuff dates with cheese (and/or nuts)
3. Wrap each date with prosciutto ham
4. Bake on a cookie sheet in a 275-degree smoker, or grill, until sugars caramelize and the ham have shrunk.
5. Drizzle with aged balsamic syrup if desired.
