Prime Rib Roast

Rub(s) of Choice

Aluminum Foil

Royal Oak Charcoal

Royal Oak Tumbleweeds

Directions

  1. Light grill with Royal Oak Charcoal and Tumbleweeds. Let the smoker reach a temp of 225 to 250 degrees.
  2. Allow prime rib to get to room temperature.
  3. Liberally coat prime rib with rub(s) of choice.
  4. Place prime rib on the grill and smoke to an internal temperature of 125 for a medium rare cook. Smoke until you reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. Remove the prime rib from the smoker, loosely wrap in foil and allow the meat to rest for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
