Crunchy Brussel Sprouts

1 lb of Brussel sprouts
Olive Oil

Royal Oak Hardwood Lump Charcoal
Royal Oak All Natural Tumbleweeds


1.Wash Brussel sprouts.

2. Cut stem area off then cut in half peeling outer layer of leaves off of sprout. Layer in a baking sheet or grill safe half pan. Toss with a light drizzle of olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3. Put the pan on the grill grate over fairly direct heat at 400-425 degrees.

4. Toss till crunchy and browned. Remove from grill and put into a serving dish. Toss again with salt.

5. Serve immediately.

Tip: Brussel sprouts cool down quickly and only takes approximately 10-15 minutes to cook so start these later.
