1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons fruit powder (dehydrated fruit ground in a coffee grinder or a food processor)
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon mustard powder


1.Decide what fruit you would like to use and dehydrate the fruit ahead of time.

2.Grind the dehydrated fruit using a food processor, spice or coffee grinder.

3.Mix all the ingredients together (adjust based on desired spice levels).

4.Coat your ribs with the rub. Cook and enjoy!
