Grilled BBQ Bacon Meat Lovers Pizza with Garlic Butter Crust

Ingredients

Premade Pizza crust

1-15oz can San Marzano tomatoes, hand squeezed

6oz tomato paste

1 teaspoon red pepper flake

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon Spice World squeezable garlic

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon salt, pepper & garlic powder mixture

Butter

Basil

Extra Spice World squeezable Garlic

5 slices thick cut bacon, diced and pre-cooked to an almost done state

3 links thinly sliced Italian red pepper/Parmesan sausage

4 slices thinly sliced smoked ham cut into strips

1/4 Lb. ground beef browned

2 cups Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

1.Prebake the crust on a pizza stone over Royal Oak lump charcoal.

2.Mix butter, basil and extra Spice World squeezable garlic and brush the pizza crust generously with mixture while cooking.

3.Remove the crust from the grill to prep the pizza.

4.Mix the tomatoes, tomato paste, red pepper flakes, Italian dry seasoning, Spice World squeezable garlic, olive oil and salt, pepper and garlic powder mixture to form the sauce.

5.Add a nice even layer of sauce to the pizza crust.

6.Then top the pizza off with the meat selections.

7.Add the cheese on top of the meat and return to the grill.

8.Cook for 15 minutes.

9.Remove the pizza from the grill.

10.Lightly dust with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
