Grilled Shrimp and Yellowfin Tuna Tacos
10-12 corn tortillas
1 lb raw shrimp
1 lb yellow tuna
Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Butter & Simple Citrus Rubs
1 cup finely shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup finely shredded green cabbage
Cilantro Lime Sauce:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp sour cream
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp lime juice
Lime wedges (optional)
1 avocado, cubed
1 cup Pico De Gallo or 1 cup favorite salsa
3 Tbsp Cotija cheese, optional
1.In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the cilantro lime sauce.
2.Finely shred the green cabbage and red cabbage. Add some of the dressing and mix until well combined.
3.Cube the avocado.
4.Coat the shrimp & tuna with olive oil then season both with Garlic butter & Simple citrus rubs.
5.Fire up grill with Royal Oak Charcoal. Once hot, grill the shrimp and tuna. Cook until desired doneness.
6.Warm the tortillas on the grill.
Assemble: Add the cabbage slaw, shrimp, avocado, pico or salsa & cheese. Drizzle with more cilantro lime sauce and fresh lime juice.
