SRF Gold Beef Brisket
Craig’s All Purpose Seasoning
Sweet & Sticky- Head Country BBQ Sauce


1. Season SRF Gold Beef Brisket with Craig’s All Purpose Seasoning.

2. Cook on Jambo for approximately 5 hours, and wrap for 2 hours.

3. Remove and cube.

4. Sauce with Sweet & Sticky-Head Country BBQ Sauce and put back on the pit for 20 minutes.

5. Enjoy.
