Skewered Lollipop Ribeye Spinalis

Ingredients

Rolled up Ribeye Spinalis

Salt

Pepper

Garlic powder

Unsalted Butter

Directions

1.Make the lollipops by putting the rolled up spinalis on skewers.

2.Dust both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

3.Cook hot and fast to rare 125 degrees set to the side of the grill off the direct fire and baste with melted butter.

4.Can add back to the fire if you like your steak a higher temp.
