Smoked Turkey Wings
Is it BBQ season or turkey season? Why not both? Enjoy this simple step-by-step recipe for Smoked Turkey Wings that will knock your socks off.
1. Liberally season turkey wings with Ubon’s Dry Rub or favorite dry rub.
2. Prepare smoker or grill to 200° F, using Royal Oak Lump Charcoal and Royal Oak All-Natural Tumbleweeds.
3. Place turkey wings on smoker for 3 ½ to 4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165° F.
4. Once wings reach internal temperature, remove from smoker and let cool. Then submerge wings in Ubon’s BBQ sauce or favorite BBQ sauce and place back on the smoker until sauce is caramelized. Optional: Use a torch while caramelizing sauce.
5. Let rest and serve.
