Sweet Garlic Ginger Teriyaki Steak
Flank or skirt steak
White or fried rice
Assorted bell peppers
Rub of choice
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp squeeze garlic
½ Tsp squeeze ginger
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup water
½ cup brown sugar
1.Coat both sides of meat with rub of choice.
2.Heat a cast iron skillet over Royal Oak charcoal.
3.Add the Spice World squeezable garlic and heat until it’s aromatic then add the remainder of the ingredients. Allow it to thicken while the meat is cooking.
4.Add the steak to the grill.
5.Once the steak is halfway done add pepper halves to the grill.
6.Slice the peppers and steak. Mix with sauce.
7.Serve over rice of choice. Enjoy!
