Thanksgiving Smoked Mac And Cheese

Ingredients

Cooked and drained elbow pasta

4 bags shredded cheese of choice

Block of cream cheese

Rubs of choice

Stick of butter

1 Tbs brown mustard

1 Can evaporated milk

Bacon bits

Breadcrumbs

Directions

1.Mix cheeses, butter, spices and mustard in with cooked pasta.

2.Stir in evaporated milk.

3.Add in bacon bits. Stir.

4.Smoke for 1 hour at 300 degrees.

5.Remove and stir.

6.Top pasta with breadcrumbs and toast the breadcrumbs. Enjoy!
