The BBQ Ninja’s Easter Smoked Pineapple Salad


½ cup of sugar

1 (20oz) can of pineapple chunks

3Tbsp all-purpose flour

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup of melted butter

½ cup buttery ritz cracker crumbs


1.Build fire with a combo of Lump on top of All Natural Briquets.

2.Drain pineapple juice in a bowl and combine in the sugar and flour.

3.Add cheese and pineapple chunks to mixture and put into a 1 quart casserole dish.

4.Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs and add over the top of the casserole.

5.Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.

6.Take off and ENJOY!
