• Maximum rebate is up to $60.
• The stated promotional allowances are for products purchased between July 15th to August 31st, 2024.
• Completed rebate claim forms must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2024.
• Customer information must be included in full.
• Offer limited to one free case per operator.
• 2,000 rebates available to offer to key operators.
• No promotional allowances will be honored without proper documentation (i.e. distributor invoices). Handwritten invoices will not be accepted. Invoices must include the distributor name.
