Victor Perez is the founder, head cook, and face of SuperSkewer, specializing in Live Fire Cooking. What started as a family activity with his father grilling for large crowds, kicked off Victor’s BBQ journey. Eager to follow in his father’s footsteps, Victor stepped in to help and learn. He has brought his love of BBQ one generation further to his daughters, who request his open fire cooks for special occasions and love to help their dad!
20 plus years later, he specializes in Live Fire Cooking and owns a small business in Oregon named SuperSkewer, LLC, that manufactures Stainless Steel Skewers. Currently, he travels around the Pacific Northwest and participate in BBQ events to showcase and teach the art of Live Fire Cooking. He specializes in whole animals like pigs, alligators and goats. His plan is to travel the world and teach how to cook over an open fire. He is hoping to spread his love of BBQ around the world.
