Owen Quirk hails from North Carolina and has a long-standing love of food and cooking. After his first experience cooking food over hot coals, he was hooked!
Owen started cooking on a Pit Barrel Cooker but has expanded his backyard cooking fleet over the years. His interest in outdoor cooking progressed from a hobby to a passion. Owen constantly tries to push the envelope with what he can cook outdoors with a kiss of smoke and fire. Owen views cooking as more of an art than a science and as a way to express himself through food; he always strives to create something new and delicious.
