Richard Fergola & The BBQ Ninja’s Duck Poppers
Ingredients
- 5 duck breast fillets quartered
- 1 large sweet onion
- 1 jar of sweet pepper slices can sub jalapenos if you like them spicy
- 1 pack of thin sliced bacon cut in half
- Toothpicks
- BBQ Sauce

- Charcoal Grill
- Aluminum Pan

Directions
1. Cut duck breast into quarters and cut onion into quarters. Cut Bacon slices in half.
2. Assemble poppers with a piece of onion then a piece of duck breast and a piece of pepper then wrap in bacon and toothpick to secure.
3. Cook the poppers on a very hot grill over Royal Oak Charcoal. You want to sear the bacon and keep the duck medium rare. When done dip in BBQ sauce and enjoy.
