Texas Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 baking potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1qt heavy cream
  • 1stick of butter, sliced
  • 2cups parmesan cheese
  • 1cup cheddar cheese
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

1. Light Royal Oak charcoal and get the smoker up to 375 degrees.

2. Layer potatoes, butter, parmesan, and pour cream over the top. The cream should cover all of the potatoes.

3. Place on the smoker, cover and place some charcoal on top of the Dutch Oven pot.

4. Cook for an hour and a half and remove the cover and spread cheese over the top.

5. Take off and ENJOY!
