Heath Riles began his career at the young age of 18 years old in the small town of Ashland, Mississippi. Since then, he has racked up over 75 Grand Championship wins in the Memphis BBQ Network (MBN), Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) and the Steak Cookoff Association (SCA).
Today, Heath has established himself as an industry-leading expert in both competition BBQ and grilling. He teaches BBQ classes, does restaurant consulting as well as menu and recipe development for backyard and professional chefs. Riles also sells his award-winning line of BBQ rubs, sauces, and injections in stores all over the world.
