Robert Sierra and BBQ Ninja Barbacoa And Brisket Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 12 Oz Boudin
- 12 Oz Cream Cheese
- 12 Oz Cooked Brisket
- Mushrooms (stems removed)
- Melted Butter Mixture (Butter, Garlic, and Basil)

- Charcoal Grill
- Cutting Board
- Aluminum Pan
- Medium Bowl
- Pastry Brush
Directions
1. Mix boudin, cream cheese and cooked brisket.
2. Stuff mushrooms with the mixture.
3. Place on the smoker at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
4. Remove from the smoker and brush the melted butter mixture on each mushroom.
5. Enjoy!
