BBQ Chicken Pizza


1 can pizza dough

1 cup BBQ Sauce

1 cup Pulled smoked chicken – precooked

1 red onion, sliced

2 cups smoked Gouda cheese


1.Preheat pizza stone over Royal Oak Charcoal.

2.Roll out pizza dough.

3.Cut in half.

4.Sprinkle pizza peel with cornmeal so that the dough won’t stick and will transfer to hot pizza stone.

5.Form 1/2 of the dough into a circle and place on top of cornmeal.

6.Top with 1/2 cup bbq sauce, 1/2 cup chicken, 1/2 red onion and 1 cup of Gouda.

7.Transfer to hot pizza stone and cook covered for 5-8 minutes until cheese is bubbling and starting to brown. Remove and repeat for 2nd pizza.
