Leslie Scott’s BBQ Shrimp
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire
- 1/3 cup Hoover Sauce
- 4-6 cloves garlic
- 2 oz Ubon’s dry rub
- 1 cup white wine
- 4 lemons
- 2 lbs shrimp
Equipment & Fuel
- Royal Oak® Lump Charcoal
- Royal Oak® Tumbleweeds
- Charcoal Grill
- Cast Iron Skillet
- Cutting Board
- Sharp Knief
- Metal Tongs
Directions
1. Melt butter in a cast iron pan over Royal Oak charcoal.
2. Add garlic, lemons, Worcestershire, Hoover Sauce, dry rub and wine.
3. Put shrimp onto the grill for a quick char then add to the liquid.
4. Allow to boil together for 5 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and allow to soak in the liquid.
6. Serve with French bread.
