Beer Cheese and Jalapeño Burger
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound of hamburger
- Rub of choice
- Onions
- Jalapeños
- 2 tbs butter
- Worcestershire
- 2tbs flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup of light beer
- 2-1/2 to 3 ounces of cream cheese
- 2 tsp of Dijon mustard
- Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions
1. 1/2 pound of hamburger seasoned up with your rub of choice.
2. Sauté onions and jalapeños in butter and Worcestershire.
Make the beer cheese!!
- 2tbs butter
- 2tbs flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup of light beer
- 2-1/2 to 3 ounces of cream cheese
- 2 tsp of Dijon mustard
- Add pinches of salt and pepper
4. Add milk and beer and continue stirring until it thickens.
5. Add the cream cheese, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
6. Melt the cream cheese before adding the other cheese and mix well.
