- Chorizo
- Eggs
- Ham
- Pre-cooked chorizo
- Cheese
- Rub of choice

Directions
1. Saute peppers, onions, and ham.
2. Mix in the chorizo.
3. Mix in the eggs.
4. Top it off with cheese.
5. Add rub of choice to kick up the spices.
6. Smoke at 300 degrees from 35 to 40 minutes, until the middle is bubbling.
