Ingredients
Whole chicken
Bird bath brine
Rub of choice
Sauce of choice
Directions
1.Prep and cut chicken.
2.Marinate chicken in Bird bath brine for 8 hours.
3.Coat with rub of choice.
4.Cook chicken at 250 degrees until internal temp is 165 degrees.
5.Top off with sauce of choice and enjoy.
