Christmas Chocolate Peppermint Coquito

Ingredients

1 bar of dark chocolate

1 can of coconut milk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1 can of cream of coconut ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2 cans of evaporated milk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

4 oz spiced rum⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

4 oz coconut rum⠀⠀

2 oz peppermint schnapps⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Directions

1.Start by lighting the grill with Royal Oak Charcoal.

2.Chop up your chocolate bar and add it and the coconut milk to a pan.

3.Take your pan to the grill and heat it until the chocolate totally melts and the mixture becomes smooth.

4.Take inside and cool.

5.Add your chocolate coconut milk mixture into a blender with all other ingredients and blend until well combined.

6.Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with whip cream, grated chocolate and peppermint.
