Christmas Chocolate Peppermint Coquito

Ingredients

  • 1 bar of dark chocolate
  • 1 can of coconut milk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 can of cream of coconut ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 2 cans of evaporated milk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 4 oz spiced rum⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 4 oz coconut rum⠀⠀
  • 2 oz peppermint schnapps⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Directions

1. Start by lighting the grill with Royal Oak Charcoal.

2. Chop up your chocolate bar and add it and the coconut milk to a pan.

3. Take your pan to the grill and heat it until the chocolate totally melts and the mixture becomes smooth.

4. Take inside and cool.

5. Add your chocolate coconut milk mixture into a blender with all other ingredients and blend until well combined.

6. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with whip cream, grated chocolate, and peppermint.
