Corn Fritters with Roasted Corn
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp white sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
½ cup milk
1 tbs butter
1 ½ Cups of Corn Kernels (about 3 medium ears of corn), grilled.

Oil for Frying
1.Grill shucked ears of corn until done.
2.Heat oil in heavy pot over Royal Oak charcoal to 365 degrees.
3.Removed kernels of corn into bowl, set aside to cool while you prepare the batter.
4.Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
5.Mix egg, milk and melted butter and add to flour mixture.
6.Stir in grilled corn kernels.
7.Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
8.Serve with a drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey and enjoy!
