Duce’s Easter Ham

- Precooked 8lb Spiral Cut Ham
- Duce’s Wild Competition Sauce
- Duce’s Wild Competition DQ Glaze
- Duce’s Wild Original Blend Barbecue Rub
- Duce’s Wild Original Mustard Barbecue Sauce

- Ladle
- Grill Grate
- Small Bowl
- Sharp Knife
- Basting Brush
- Cutting Board
- Drum Smoker
- Small Sauce Pan
Directions

Fill your smoker with Royal Oak Lump Charcoal.

Preheat your drum smoker to 275°F.

Apply Duce’s Wild Original Mustard Barbeque Sauce to the ham as a binder.

Generously season the ham with Duce’s Barbeque Rub.

Smoke the ham at 275°F for 2 hours.

In a small bowl, mix equal parts of Duce’s Competition Sauce and DQ Glaze.

Glaze the ham thoroughly with the sauce mixture, making sure to coat all sides.

Return the ham to the smoker and smoke for an additional 30 minutes.

While the ham finishes, prepare your mustard dipping sauce in a small bowl.

Remove ham from smoker, slice, serve with dipping sauce, and enjoy!
