Duck Poppers


5 duck breast fillets quartered

1 large sweet onion

1 jar of sweet pepper slices can sub jalapenos if you like them spicy

1 pack of thin sliced bacon cut in half


BBQ Sauce


1.Cut duck breast into quarters and cut onion into quarters. Cut Bacon slices in half.

2.Assemble poppers with a piece of onion then a piece of duck breast and a piece of pepper then wrap in bacon and toothpick to secure.

3.Cook the poppers on a very hot grill over Royal Oak Charcoal. You want to sear the bacon and keep the duck medium rare. When done dip in bbq sauce and enjoy.
