Texas Grilled Banana Pudding 

Ingredients

  • 2- (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened to room temp.
  • 2- 14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2- (5 oz) package Instant vanilla pudding mix, larger box
  • 5 – cups milk, 2 % or higher
  • 4- tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (COOL WHIP), thawed
  • 1 (11 oz) box Nilla wafers
  • 1/2 cup of Nellie and Joe’s Key Lime juice
  • 4-5 bananas

Directions

1. Put a slit in the banana peels and place the bananas on the grill until the skins turn almost black.  Then remove the peels and cut them into slices.

2. Mix cream cheese, condensed milk, pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract into a bowl.

3. Then add Key lime juice and half of the Cool Whip.

4. Then fold in the banana slices.

5. Crush vanilla wafers and put them in the bottom of a serving bowl, add mixture, then top with the remaining Cool Whip and some crushed vanilla wafers. Enjoy!
