The BBQ Ninja’sGrilled Bourbon Pumpkin and Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

Pumpkin Slices:

Small pumpkin

Kosmo’s Q Honey Chipotle Killer Bee

Cinnamon sugar

Seeds:

Cleaned seeds

Olive oil

Rubs of choice

Directions

Pumpkin Slices:

1.Cut whole pumpkin into 1-inch slices.

2.Use a sugar or “pie” pumpkin that is smaller and sweeter than a Jack O’Lantern Pumpkin.

3.Score slices in half inch sections.

4.Rub with Kosmo Q Honey Chipotle Killer Bee and Cinnamon Sugar.

5.Grill over Royal Oak lump charcoal 5 minutes on each side and then flat for 5 minutes.

6.Glaze with Kosmo Q Maple Bourbon Rib Glaze and go another 5 minutes on each side. Keep a close eye on them so the sugars don’t burn depending on how hot your fire is. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Seeds:

1.Take out seeds from the pumpkin then rinse and clean thoroughly removing all the strands and excess pumpkin.

2.Dry and add olive oil to a sheet pan then spread out seeds.

3.Use favorite dry rub. Put on the grill and cook until the seeds are brown and crunchy. 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!

Take off and enjoy.
