Heath Riles BBQ Shrimp


2 pounds deveined shrimp

1 Tbs Garlic Jalapeno rub

2 Tbs Sweet rub

3 Tbs minced garlic

Olive oil

Half a stick of butter

Half an onion

Multi colored bell peppers

Lemon slices

Worcestershire sauce

Hot sauce

1 cup Tangy Vinegar BBQ sauce

1 cup Sweet BBQ sauce

Green onions for garnish

Chopped parsley for garnish


1.Fire up your grill for two tone cooking.

2.Slice the onions, peppers and lemon. Mince the garlic.

3.Take shrimp and coat with rubs and olive oil. Let marinate for 1 hour.

4.When shrimp have been marinating for half an hour, take a half a stick of butter and melt it in a skillet.

5.Add the onions, peppers and garlic. Saute them.

6.Add the BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, some green onion and lemon wedges.

7. Once the shrimp have marinated for an hour, place them on the grill and cook half way.

8.Add the halfway cooked shrimp the the skillet.

9.Cook until shrimp are done. Garnish with green onion and parsley. Enjoy!
