Heath Riles Hanger Steak

Ingredients
- Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Butter Rub
- Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub
- Hanger steaks
- Olive oil
- Stick of butter
- 8-10 peeled garlic cloves
- Rosemary
- Thyme

Directions
1. Preheat the grill to 500-550º.
2. Place butter and herbs in an aluminum pan. Place on your grill to melt.
3. Coat your steak with olive oil.
4. Season your steak with Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Butter and Beef Rubs.
5. Flip steaks and repeat steps 3 and 4.
6. Spray your grill with oil before placing steaks on it.
7. Place your steaks on the grill.
8. Flip after 2 minutes and brush steaks with garlic butter mixture.
9. Continue cooking and flipping until the desired doneness is reached.
10. Let steaks rest for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
