Pork tenderloin

Olive oil

Rubs of choice

Sauce of choice


1.Cover pork tenderloin in olive oil followed by rub of choice.

2.On a 2 zone fire, place the tenderloin over the coals. Each side for 2 minutes.

3.Move tenderloin to the cool side. Cook until 130 degrees internal temperature. Brush sauce on all sides.

4.Place back on cool side of the grill until internal temp is 145 degrees internal temperature.

5.Remove from grill. Let rest for five minutes. Enjoy!
