Honey Sriracha Wings

Ingredients

Wings:

Chicken wings

Rub of choice

Sauce:

Half a stick of butter

1/4 cup of honey

2 TSP sriracha (you can increase this depending on your tolerance for heat)

A splash of Soy Sauce

1/2 TSP of fresh lime juice

Directions

Wings:

1.Season the wings with your favorite savory rub.

2.Fire up the grill using Royal Oak Lump charcoal.

3.Bring the temperature to 300 degrees.

4.Cook wings until they reach 195 degrees internal temp.

5.Drizzle sauce over wings once cooked. Enjoy.

Sauce:

1.Melt the butter first and then combine all ingredients into a saucepan.

2.Heat sauce and stir with a whisk or spoon until it starts to bubble.

3.At that point you can pull it off the burner.
