Directions
1. Trim meat.
2. Spray with duck fat and season liberally.
3. Combine Consomme and Garlic for Au Jus.
4. Toast bread.
5. Slice meat.
6. Build a sandwich, add topping, and dip in Au Jus. Enjoy!
