  • Snake River Farms Wagyu Tri-Tip
  • Italian Hoagie Bun
  • Giardiniera
  • St. Louis Style Cheese
  • Mozzarella
  • Fergolicious SPG LUV rub
  • Duckfat Spray
  • Butter
  • Campbells Beef Consomme
  • Garlic
  • Italian seasoning

Equipment & Fuel

Directions

1. Trim meat.

2. Spray with duck fat and season liberally.

3. Combine Consomme and Garlic for Au Jus.

4. Toast bread.

5. Slice meat.

6. Build a sandwich, add topping, and dip in Au Jus. Enjoy!
