KETO Ribeye Roll
Cheese of choice
Additional toppings of choice
Rubs of choice
1.Flatten out ribeye.
2.Coat the ribeye with rubs of choice.
3.Layer with minced garlic.
4.Add cheese and layer on additional toppings of choice.
5.Top with rub of choice.
6.Roll up being careful to not push the toppings out
7.Wrap in twine to hold it together.
8.Add rubs of choice and season the roll.
9.Pace on grill and smoke to desired temperature.
10.When cooked to desired internal temperature, place on hot grill to reverse sear the roll.
11.Cut into the roll and enjoy!
