1.Cut membrane off of ribs.

2. Coat ribs in rubs.

3.Place the ribs on preheated smoker. Cook low and slow.

4.Prepare foil wrap for ribs. Make a layer of brown sugar, rubs and rib glaze.

6.Close the foil wrap and put back on the smoker.

7.Top off with sauce. Enjoy.
