Bacon Wrapped Hot Dog with Jalapeño & Oaxaca Cheese

- 4 Hot Dogs
- Bacon
- Jalapeño
- Oaxaca Cheese
- Cotija Cheese
- Guacamole

- Knife
- Bowl

Directions
1. Slice jalapeño in half and remove seeds, add a few slices of Oaxaca cheese onto both sides of the jalapeño.
2. Place hot dog in between the jalapeño then wrap with two slices of bacon.
3. Indirect heat over lump charcoal for 15 minutes then rotate for another 15 minutes.
4. Once fully cooked we added to the bun and then topped it off with cotija cheese and some guacamole.
