Leslie Scott’s Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 Carton of baby Bella Mushrooms
- 12 oz Mozzarella
- 1 Pack of Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 lb Breakfast Sausage, browned
- 1 Bunch of Green Onions, chopped
- 1 Small can of Black Olives, chopped
- I Bunch Dill chopped

- Royal Oak® Lump Charcoal
- Royal Oak® Tumbleweeds
- Charcoal Grill
Directions
- Brown the breakfast sausage.
- In a large mixing bowl mix the breakfast sausage with the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, dry rub, chopped olives, green onions, and half the chopped dill.
- Melt butter in a grill safe pan large enough for all the mushrooms to be place in a single layer.
- Place the mushrooms in the pan.
- Grill mushrooms for 15 minutes in preheated grill at 350 degrees.
