Leslie Scott’s Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 Carton of baby Bella Mushrooms12 Oz Mozzarella1 Pack of Cream Cheese, softened1 lb Breakfast Sausage, browned1 Bunch of Green Onions, chopped 1 Small can of Black Olives, choppedI Bunch Dill, chopped

Directions

  1. Brown the breakfast sausage.
  2. In a large mixing bowl mix the breakfast sausage with the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, dry rub, chopped olives, green onions, and half the chopped dill.
  3. Melt butter in a grill safe pan large enough for al of the mushrooms to be place in a single layer.
  4. Place the mushrooms in the pan.
  5. Grill mushrooms for 15 minutes in preheated grill at 350 degrees.
  6. Enjoy!
