Mike Johnson’s Lobster Kabobs

Ingredients

4 lobster tails
2 corn on cobs
8 small potatoes
Red onions
Green peppers
Old Bay seasoning
1 stick butter
1 Lemon

Directions

1. Blanch lobster tails for 1 minute in boiling water and ice. Remove meat carefully(should be raw).
2. Blanch potatoes and corn in lobster water until just done.
3. Cut remaining vegetables.
4. Assemble skewers and season with old bay.

5. Grill over royal oak charcoal until lobster is done. Cook time will vary based on weight of the lobster tails.
6. Top with butter.
