Malcom Reed’s Breakfast Sausage Sliders
Breakfast Sausage – 2 packs
Sauce of Choice
Toppings of Choice
1.Form you breakfast sausage in two logs.
2.Liberally season your sausage logs with rubs of choice.
3.Place sausage on a raised rack.
4.Preheat grill to 275 degrees.
5.Place sausage on the grill and cook until they have a 165 degree internal temperature.
6.Brush on your favorite sauce and let it set for 5 minutes.
7.Remove from the grill and slice the sausage to fit your slider buns.
8.Add a slice of cheese of choice to each sausage fatty and put on the grill until the cheese is melted.
9.Add your sausage to the slider buns and build your sliders with whatever topping you prefer. Enjoy!
