Malcom Reed’s Whiskey Glazed Ribeye
2 Ribeye’s – 16 to 18 ounces each
Whiskey of Choice
Steak Rub of Choice
1.Drop the ribeye’s in a sealable bag.
2.Add in your Worcestershire sauce, garlic and Whiskey. Make sure the sauce covers the steaks.
3.Marinade ribeye’s for 15 to 20 minutes in the bag.
4.Remove the steaks from the marinade and let them drain off.
5.Coat one side of steaks in your favorite steak rub.
6.Place the steaks seasoned side down on the grill grates.
7.Add seasoning to the other side of the steaks.
8.Flip the steaks after they cook for 3 minutes at 550 degrees..
9.Cook for another minute and a half.
10.Brush remaining marinade on the steak. Remove after a minute and a half.
11.Let the steaks rest for 5 to 7 minutes. Enjoy!
