Memorial Day Burger Feast

Ingredients

Prairie Fresh Pork Burger:

Ground Pork

Chopped Jalapenos

Cream Cheese

Bacon (Pre-cooked)

Rubs of Choice

BBQ Potato Chips

Pineapple Slices (about 1 inch thick)

Toppings of Choice

Sauce of Choice

Corn:

Duck Fat

Corn

Rubs of Choice

Butter

Cheddar Cheese

Bacon (Pre-cooked)

Ranch Dressing

Watermelon:

Sliced Watermelon (about 1 inch thick)

Rubs of Choice

Directions

Prairie Fresh Pork Burger:

1.Season ground pork with rubs of choice. Mix in with crushed BBQ potato chips.

2.Form into patties and season again with rubs of choice.

3.Place on grill and grill to desired doneness.

4.Slice pineapple into bun like sized slices. Place the hamburger on the pineapple bun, top with toppings and sauce of choice. Enjoy!

Corn:

1.Shuck corn or purchase pre-shucked corn.

2.Spray corn with Duck Fat and season with rubs of choice.

3.Grill for 20 to 30 minutes or until corn is tender.

4.Baste the corn with butter, season with rubs of choice and top with cheddar cheese, cooked bacon crumbles and ranch dressing. Enjoy!

Watermelon:

1.Slice watermelon into 1 inch thick slices.

2.Season with rubs of choice.

3.Place on grill, grill just enough for grill marks and enjoy!
